court has already allowed appeal in march 2017. and then home office appealed against it in upper tribunal which was refused by court.

is court again going to give decision about it. as we received not other instructions from court?

You need 104 weeks worth of payslips. This should cover 24 months of work but it could be from multiple workers and people who worked in parallel under the transitional arrangement
