Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

@ Reddy7 thanks for sharing mate, any info regarding postal applications is useful

Seems like 10-14 months is the standard waiting time for postal applications these days, disgraceful service but as expected.

Re: TIer 1 G to ILR - Document Checklist

Hi
Cover letter is indeed helpful, i did sent it with my ILR application.

Infact make an index of your whole application, that would make it look more presentable and user friendly to even the most hostile caseworker lol

Thanks

Re: TIer 1 G to ILR - Document Checklist

Hi The HO don't specify P60's as a requirement for ILR application.. so why do we need to submit, 12 months payslips and bank statement is enough for the evidence of income.( attach the employment letter if you have a glowing one) Let them ask for any further documents, that's what i believe and exp...

Re: If I book premium service now, will pay the 2016 fee?

Hi

According the Rule 34G of the immigration guidance postal date is applicable for the old fee structure, in other words if you posted on the 5th April they would charge you the old fees.

I hope the moderators or Guru's can correct me if I'm wrong.

Many Thanks

ils fees

Hi
No announcement has been made on the ILR fees increases but even if they do, when does the new fees become applicable. I'm sure there must be some sort of notice period before ripping people off.

Your response would be much appreciated. thanks

Re: Self Employment Questionnaire received...Help Plz

Hi You don't really have an issue here, as per your post you amended taxes for 2010-2011 so 2010-2011 tax year submission deadline is Jan 2012 so five years add on, last date was 31 Jan 2017 and you got the letter in March so the five year period is over as per the tax rules. even if you submit your...

Re: Gross and Net Income taxes Tier 1 to ILR

Hi, I have met a couple of lawyers who have seen my tax returns for 2012 and 2013 and also read my previous immigration history. In 2013 when i applied for the Tier 1 General visa the HO rejected the application on the basis of deception and non-genuine self employed income which I then won in court...

Re: Gross and Net Income taxes Tier 1 to ILR

Hi Yes I am planning to seek professional advice on whether I should amend the tax or not, I've paid tax on £8500 and didn't have any intention to deceive the HO. just a factual error. Can seniors in this forum recommend a strategy whether tax amendment is the only solution or do I have other ways. ...

I didn't change any visa category...
