Immigration Healthcare Surcharge refund for NHS professionals

Hi forum experts team,

Boris Johnson informed today that NHS professionals who paid IHS surcharge will get refund.

If that's the case,will I be able to get the IHS refund?

I have been working for NHS for the last 8 years. Atleast I paid 3 IHS before I became British last year.

Thank you for the advice.Even if I attend a private ceremony, still I don't think I will get the British passport by end of August.
