No, not at all. every time I contact them they keep saying that the application under process and they will contact me in due course.

My husband applied on the 14th August 16 and still waiting on decision, contacted them few times but we always get same answer that it's processing and they cannot give a time frame. Nothing looks wrong with the address but I think that you have to email them and check that they have received your documents and ask them to send your passport back as it is mentioned on their website that you allow only four weeks for them to return the passport.

To Syzem If you have any individual query please open a thread like the moderator mentioned... First come first serve mean people usually get approval but make delay to make the payment of 950 euro.. So they will serve the applicants first who pays the 950 euro at their earliest convenience.. Cheer...
