I have asked them on the phone yesterday and they said that there will be another ceremony before the end of this year so I think it might be November and they could start rolling some approvals next month. Just after getting off the phone from Citiz was told that I should hear from them in a week to 10 days and was also told that there is going to be a small ceremony in September and than another in December. I have got this response via email today
'We can advise that this application is currently at an advanced stage of processing and it is expected that a decision will be made by Minister in due course'
Don't know how long it still need to be completed

Just called them now, they said that the application is at advanced stage and it has been submitted to the minister and it will not take long for decision. I am getting similar responses for the last three months and yet to receive the decision.
