Both INIS and the court need to get this issue resolved ASAP. It is stupid and unfair to keep applicants waiting for ages due to one wrong decision from the court. Just tells how lazy INIS are - A lot of people have postponed their holidays because of this (including myself).

Your initial 6 months of temporary review stamp should also be counted here.
Also make sure you deduct any periods longer than 6 weeks of holidays from your application.

I think they still can never deport you as your new spouse is Irish. You should double check with a solicitor to see what s your best option in this case, but find a real knowledgeable one. A lot of them dont know themselves.
