Re: UK spouse visa phone interview went wrong

There really was no point of you lying about the job change, it would have made no difference if you told them you were sacked. Unless they question your honesty I do not see it being a big issue in terms of the bigger picture.

Re: spouse and son dependent visa

So your son who just has an indian passport and you sent him to India, did you not think how is he going to come back to UK? You can possibly apply to register him as a British Citizen from India and then apply for a British Passport. It can take a good few months for the registration to be complete...

Re: Notice Liability to removal

Any reason as to why her finance visa would have been cancelled? Was it cancelled after the police intervention?

You need to find out specifically why her visa was cancelled first before you can fight your case.

No one can answer what the outcome will be. The judge would have looked at the case as a whole and not just based on the answer to the 2 questions your mentioned.

Fact that you are applying for settlement means you are intending to stay with partner. Shouldn't make a huge difference but a silly error on solicitors part.

Re: Going to apply spouse visa as a carer. (Outside UK)

I know what you mean. Best thing to do is have all required documents they want to see prepared and submitted.

Keep the application as streamlined as possible and if there are any aspects that are weak such as for example relationship then provide more documents to make up for it - All the best

It is best for you to see a legal expert regarding this matter because your case is very complex - see a solicitor or barrister

Finance visa was the alternative if you weren't divorced before second marriage. But since you are divorced do the normal spouse route.

Document from Sylhet City Corporation (which is a Upazilla) will be good enough.

If it looks anything like this it should be ok, the most important is that it has the governing body stamp: http://kazioffice-bd.com/certificates.p ... ertificate

If you were divorced before your second marriage and you also have certificate for it, then you were free to marry again - Home Office will not refuse you based on relationship eligibility You will still need to satisfy all other aspects too such as accommodation, financial, subsisting relationship ...

You cant go for 10 year route for initial spouse visa it will be either 5 year or a refusal.

Have a search around the forum you will get example of what is required to apply for them.

What do you mean by fill all the loop holes that homes office is going object and refused my application?
