No need to freeze anything, just make sure the amount does not drop below £62,500 for the 6 months before the application and also until a decision has been made

Re: Accommodation requirements

UKVI mainly care about if there is adequate space to accomodate you both in that property and that you have permission to live there. Living in a council house or receiving PIP is no issue at all. In your case you do no need a lawyer to tell you this, all you need is No objection letter from the cou...

Re: Spouse visa ( where to apply)

List looks good. I wouldn't include the P60's. Make sure all financial documents like payslips, bank statements, and employers are dated within 28 days of application.

Re: Supporting documents needed for spouse visa

I presume you are applying for a spouse visa based on marriage. If you aren't married at the time of application and thus will not have a marriage certificate at the time of application, how would you prove you are married? Your application will certainly be refused. Get married first then do all th...

Re: Spouse visa-Online application help please

You can email the UKVI and let them know. Until a decision is made as a precaution I would not recommend going abroad unless it's an emergency, just in case UKVI need to contact you. Others will tell you otherwise but that is my personal judgement.

Re: What forms to use for child dependent on UK Spouse Visa Entry Clearance? Please help!

You will need to simply submit your parents bank statement from 9 months ago which shows them transferring the £43k from their account to yours. Then another bank statement from you at same period which shows your receiving the £43k. You then include 6 months of bank statements to show that the amou...

Re: Spouse settlement visa

Preparing means docs are getting prepared for an eco to look at. ECO look at docs electronically on a PC. Being prepared doesn't mean the ECO is looking at it immediately.

You can check your application status by email / phone

No - for CAT A they take lowest amount on from your 6 payslips and multiply by 6 or 12 to see if it reaches at least £9,300 and £18,600 respectively.

Dont worry about it. Reason why it's best to send 6 is because they can overlook a month for example they may look at Jan, Feb, Mar, April, June, July and say oh May is missing so its a refusal, or count the payslips from Feb to July and refuse because application date is Jan.... and all sorts of th...
