Re: Which Date of arrival should i mention for me and my wife

I belive this is ththe date when you first entered UK. This the date I put in my application. So for you it will be 2006 and for your wife 2008. I am happy to be corrected by experienced member.

Re: Online application - no mention of language requirement

when I completed my application online I had same issue. No option for Eglish language requirement but I sent a copy of my UK masters degree .
You would need to attach the evidence of english language requirement with your application (even if its not showing up on your document checklist)

Re: Should I explicitly disclose Unpaid leave for ILR?

For the unpaid leave - were you in the UK or outside UK?
I dont see any issues even if you declare unpaid leaves. Get a letter from employer saying it was authorised by them as paternity leave. CO will use some common sense. good luck

Re: Tier 2 Salary Increase

I dont think this will be an issue. If you had increase one or 2 months before your ILR then this should have raised concerned but you are fine. Take your last 5 years p60 with you. PS- a person i know got his raise almost 7-8k 3 months before ILR application and he was approved (each case is differ...

Usually the BRP is received within 7 days (I got it in 3 days). Check the approval letter to see when you can contact HO when BRP is not received.

Re: Tier 2 Salary Increase

Salary increase from 32500 to 36000 sounds fair to me (given the period lapse from previous raise and your ILR application date). Keep the letter from your letter regarding this raise with you when you apply. if its not shown in the SMS it should be fine as not all companies maintain this after sala...
