One of my friend case is in court, he get the letter for out of court settlement offer and 7000 euro cost refund by INIS. I think, they will issue some sort of scheme like zambrano case, but not sure. They will write letter to every person, who they think come under chencholiah judgement. I am really surprised they just only gave you stamp-1 for 6 month with conditional from your section-3 application. Most of the time they give stamp-4 as you here for long period of time.

Received letter from DFA. DOJ advised DFA about his visa revocation.
I heard a same things from other guy also who lives in dublin.He received that letter from DFA around 2 weeks ago.
