Hello They are mainly interested by hospital treatments. And anyway, it won't affect you as you were entitled to NHS treatment anyway. This field is just to see if the application didn't get any NHS treatment while not entitled. But if you have been under a Tier 2 visa, there would've been no issue...

In April I was made redundant, but now I got a job and also started to work and visa is under process, Since I dint yet get my cutailment letter I was wondering if that will create any issue for my new application.

Hello,

Yesterday I got a confirmation saying UCOS is assigned to me and they have now asked to pay the NHS fees. As soon as this is paid and the next step is to submit the application and once done I should be able to join the company right? based on the new rule from the HMRC.
