By any chance is most of these people effected my this birth certificate issue are the ones who's birth registration was late ?
For example born in 1980 but birth registration took place in 2001 ?

Honestly I don't think " due course " wording means anything because my Eu wife received her coa on 30 January 2020 and it had same wording I just checked it.
She also received her pre settled status within 24 hours .

Flr fp is a visa category under uk immigration rules like a spouse visa.
We are married for 4 years.
Coa says decision will be made in due course.

Yes it will not automatically withdraw my eu application but if it's decided in my absence then it's going to cancel my current for fp Visa or not that's my dilemma I am struggling to find answer for .

Sorry for my dumbness but believe me I have been trying for an hour and wasn't successful finding an option in the app for me.
Soon as I select non eu it asks for BRC to be scanned no other option .
