You should carefully read the link I posted above. I think it would be hard to get on the plane.

Re: 129 Pages EEA application for, what for

My opinion is that is all for setting up applicants for failure. By requesting this amount of info on the application, they are: a) Building themselves a nice body of evidence for rejecting cases; b) Making it easier to spot application inconsistencies; Instead of having correspondence back and for...

Re: 129 Pages EEA application for, what for

The new form is pretty shocking. I am tempted to do an alternative form specialized solely on the married family members of EEA citizens, and maybe children. Should be able to get it down to a page or two.

Re: RoR and Permanent Residence Card

Why do you think you might be able to apply earlier?[/quote] You see, this is where I am a bit confused. I came here on a visit visa which expired before my EEA spouse joined me on 22/03/2010. Does what you said means that time spent in the UK before the EEA national joined me count towards the fiv...

Re: RoR and Permanent Residence Card

I got married to EEA national in 2008 and I moved to the UK the same year. Normally PR happens 5 years from the date you moved to the UK (if you were already married at the time). You can apply for the PR card which confirms that you already have PR. Why do you think you might be able to apply earl...

When I had the Czech ACT (equivalent to CoA) they did not stamp my passport when leaving/entering Schengen; it was for all intensive purposes a de facto temporary residence permit. The only thing it did not allow was the issuance of a social insurance number (that required the full residence card, ...

Re: EEA family permit

Pretty amazing that for the first refusal they did not mention that they might consider yours a marriage of convenience, and instead rejected it unlawfully on other grounds.

And now they are asking questions that are only lawful if they have suspicions it is a marriage of convenience.

Re: EEA Family permit after renouncing British Citizenship.H

If the EU citizen is moving to the uk they do not need to show they are working for the first three months. This gets me thinking. Since the UK claims to not recognize dual citizenship for EU free movement law when the person is British, then the initial three month period should start from the eff...
