HO not sending acknowledgement letters but you will receive Biometrics letter soon. Nothing to be worried some people received even after 6 to 8 weeks.

It's like within 28 Days of reaching 10 years. (In simple 9 years, 11 Months and 2 Days )If I am not mistaken.
If you have had Entry on 31st January 2007 then you can apply on or after 04 January 2017 heaving valid leave to remain. Seniors Correct me if am wrong.
