Before you complete and pay for the application, make sure she is eligible to apply under Set (LR). Archer is right. You don't need to explain reasons for the absences. At VFS centre Mirpur , they scanned from original documents although my wife have had copies with her, they gave us origional back. they charged Rs.6000 for the service.
