If you pay rent to council and do not claim housing benefits to pay that rent then you are not claiming housing benefit and it should not effect your application

Yes , there are chances that your British citizenship and ILR can be revoked if proved deception but you will be able to stay in Uk on basis of your British children, and in that situation you will have to start immigration journey from beginning again. It could cost you just all Applications fees b...

Only online application , no paper form needed , fees for PSC ILR £2999 ( including £610) PSC fees, no IHS fees required , automatically will get BRP with ILR if Application successful, do not need to apply separately,

IF you have applied for PSC same day service , then you are likely to be ok because many applicants on this forum reported their applications have been successful in these circumstances but few of them got refusal as well...,

Bearing in mind if a new upgraded higher test is intruduced before you apply your ILR , UKVI might ask you again to pass new upgraded version of test.

FLR (FP) is longer route , someone can apply ILR after completing 10 years on such Leave to Remain.

Best option is your wife could get job to earn and meet the shortfall of £18600.

I do not think there is any financial requirements of someone applying for ILR (LR) 10 years route unless you meet other requirements...

Op has been issued LTR 23 days short of completing 60 months period , would his application be successful even though if he apply again ILR after 23 October 2018 ? Or might be successful on discretionary basis ? Or might be apply again FLR (m) extension to complete 60 months and then apply again ILR...

Possibly Home Office can set a date , if someone has already passed the Tests they can use before that date ...after that date people would need to pass again new updated Tests...not a good news at all...

It means it’s a best to do test again instead of wasting £3000 for fee , and sometimes UKVI grant leave on 10 years route if somebody does not fulfill English language requirements so better to spend £150 for new test fee.

5 November is the date of Application, PSC appointment day and you will be fine .,. 24 September is just booking PSC date ... and you also have a option to bring forward your date instead of last day 5 Nov

Your five years period again start from the day you have issued spouse LTR again and you have to complete 60 months from there...

Of course everyone gets refusal if apply early ..

I do not know about online application form but I think paper form says if you do not earn £18600 in 6 months than have to provide evidence for one years wage slips ..

No 3 is the answer because your income monthly is variable but u do meet £18600 requirements jointly so 12 months wage slips , bank statement required both of you ...

You can pay online through login personal tax account HMRC, do not need form ,e.mail confirmation will be sent , and it will also be updated online as well.

If somebody earning £18600 p.a usually does not qualify for working tax credits. Please check again with the benefits department that you have declared your income correctly , no error otherwise could be serious problems later on immigration status and it is also a criminal offence to claim benefits...

If you explain which category you are applying ILR ie spouse etc ? IELTS test passed date, a brief immigration history, someone can give you better information because UKVI only accepted SELT approved tests from approved test centres.
