IRP Card

I have a simple question.
Does the INIS registeration office have your latest address from the letters that are issued to you from department of justice? I registered and no one asked me for my address.

Work permit while already in employment in Ireland

Hi,

If someone is already legally in employment in Ireland (stamp 1) on a qualifying role, can they apply for a work permit? I have heard the department of jobs refuses the application in cases where an employment has already commenced before the application for a permit. Can someone advise?

Thanks.

Re: Eu fam stamp 4 and zamrano

Hi. I think you will have to apply for permission before going to INIS office for the stamp. Also if one application (EU3) is pending then INIS officer will not give you a stamp before the conclusion. But I think you should consult an immigration solicitor, discuss all details and take advice if it ...

Authority letter

Hi,

I have a general question.

If your solicitor is dealing with INIS using your signed authority letter and you send something to INIS directly as well, does that cancel the authority letter or can your solicitor still deal with INIS on your behalf (without a new authority letter)?

Thanks

Wow... unbelievable. That could mean majority of applications might be disqualified automatically.

I think you should consult an immigration solicitor with all evidence and discuss all details. They might be able to advise how to tackle this situation.

Section 3 application

Hi. I had applied section 3 leave to remain in early 2018. I received a letter recently by minister saying "the minister hopes to make a decision in your case in near future." And they are asking for color copies of first 2 pages of passport and 2 photos. And any other supporting documents within 15...

Re: Retention Eu 5 form. hElp

Hi, The issue is complex and involves a lot of variants. For example what triggered the department to send you the letter, what evidence do they have to say your marriage is one of convenience. Ask your solicitor to request INIS to share with you all the evidence they used to come to the conclusion ...

Re: Judicial Review

It's student scheme review refusal. Minister didn't consider family and private life as directed by supreme Court judgement in April 2018 Luximon & Balachand vs Minister of justice. Judgment is clear that minister should consider family and private life of person who arrived as student and living i...

Re: Chances of success regards to permission to remain?

Hi all, just curious have you heard of any success stories where undocumented people applied to minister to remain in Ireland and their application was successful? I missed that student scheme by a year and a half since I came to Ireland on a student Visa in August 2012. I tick a lot of other boxes...

Yes you will find some people who were granted visa without one or two missing documentation etc. but in mo...

This indication is also found in the document present on INIS website (2018-2020 plan). They say their target will be to be strict / tough on all abusers of immigration system and they will also remove them. They mentioned marriages of convenience and unwarranted asylum cases (especially people comi...
