Transferring Visa to the new passport

The existing Indian passport for my child has been issued only for 5 years, and this has the UK dependendent visa on it. My child will be issued a new passport soon. Is it necessary to transfer the visa to the new passport? How can I do this?

Vinny, That link doesn't appear to provide anything related to NHS care? If you have the answer, please provide. I always thought that NHS care is not considered as part of "public funds". Not sure whether treatments like NHS Dental care or NHS Eye care are also not considered as part of "public fun...

ILR and P60s

Many members here have mentioned that P60s are routinely asked (in support of economic activity) while submitting ILR application.

One of the company I had worked with earlier has issued the P60 electronically, which when printed looks like a photocopy. Does this cause any problem?

Here are some other questions asked by fake agents / time wasters: (1) Are you actively looking for jobs? How long have you been looking? As long as MCA is recogised by UK NARIC as Master degree, then you will be eligible.

Strangely, in India BTech/BE holders are given preference when compared to MCAs.
