Re: 14 months waiting for extension

This is a terrible experience and huge waste of hard earned resources. All things been equal I don’t think your extension should be difficult if you have all required documents as it is obvious you have invested even more than required funds. Whether you made a loss or profit is not HOs business, al...

Re: Home Office call to employee

Remember that the burden of proof of your employees legal status is on you and you should also find out if they are taking any benefits etc. If your employee breaks any law, you might need to lay him or her off immediately. It is against the law to employ illegal people

Re: APPLYING FOR NATURALIZATION OF CHILDREN ... HELP

This topic is about citizenship, how is your post about pbs dependent absence relevant? Didn’t follow it up fr...

Once he I granted extension, he might be due to apply for ILR immediately because of Hao waste of time. However, he will need to create jobs as required for ILR, I also expect that your ILR should be applied based on his ILR except you applied through another route that is not based on his Tier 1 ro...

Re: Questions about job creations documents

You can’t give documents you don’t have. You became director April 2016, you need to submit documents from that time till end of your leave depending on when you employed workers. Also it doesn’t matter if there are gaps in between employments, you just need to have created two jobs that have lasted...
