You have 2 choices, either apply for EEA Residence card again or EEA PR, if your husband worked for 5 years in UK, else you would keep facing these issues, for both the options you need to show ur husband working

i didnt apply for it, but most common is you need 5 years of job/self employeed/studnet/jobseeker/or self sufficient history from EEA nationals to eligible to apply for PR, without gap of 6 months.
