if I am right in understanding Sprinter1967 has child from a previous relationship. In that case the financial requirement would be just for the spouse at £18600

in that case you can just add the actual place of birth of the form, and the in the further information explain the passport does not have a place of birth listed.

Does your spouse have a birth cert? maybe you can include that to show it

its just an ambiguous way of saying awaiting a decision from the ECO. The 3 states are open, awaiting a decision and decided.

Hi

No you do not need to include the spouses passport along with the application, a photocopy of the passport will suffice.

Hi When you submit your form online you will need to print this , and take along with Appendix 2 form to the VAC when you have your bio metrics appointment Both are needed. when you refer to "UK Border Agency sponsorship form" is this the SU07 form? this is not required for Spouse/Fiance applications
