Re: SUCCESSFUL NON-EEA EFM EU SETTLED STATUS APP. WITH JUST 9 DOCUMENTS UPLOADED

It will tell you if u are eligible for PRE STATUS or SETTLED STA...

Re: Which form

Yes but at this time the most important thing is to get the permit quickly. Travelling to EU with your partner will be easier later or you can get a visa to EU countries.

But this process is extremely quick.

Re: EU with settled status in UK to bring NON-EU Fiancee for marriagee

Agreed with Respect Casa!! But it's expensive route, better to get marry in Phil and apply for EU Settlement Scheme Family permit. A friend of mine did this 3 weeks ago and her partner who were married in Thailand got her EUSSFP in 2 weeks only. https://www.gov.uk/family-permit/eu-settlement-scheme-...

Re: SUCCESSFUL EU SETTLEMENT SCH. - THIS WILL HELP MANY

Make a simple letter.

The purpose of covering letter is to explain your whole story so that the case worker should not have to push himself to understand the case by himself.

Re: Eu settlement permanent application and criminal check

Dont hide anything at all. Its a pretty 5 to 7 steps application. They will ask "Criminality check" and "Extremist check". So even if you have caution normally what I have seen personally in enhanced clearance or basic DBS. They do mention cautions and one of my friend CTC was refused because of cau...
