You do not need to retake the tests. HO will still have those information on their system. Just highlight to them that they retained your documents from your last application.

As your son was born here, you can apply to register him as a british citizen using form MN1 when you get your ILR.

If you breached immigration rules, you have to wait for 10 years from when your stay regularlsed before reapplying.

They send an online acknowledgement immediately after you submit an application online. They do not send via post.

I have not come across anywhere that it is written unless they have told you the earliest date that you may successfully reapply in your refusal letter.

You can apply online for MN1. Combining with JNAP will depend on the council. You have to call council to find out.

I think I have come across where couples that applied together and received their decisions at different times in the forum.
