Thank you for your input.

Yes, we all have EEA PR since 2016.

I wonder if anyone on this forum has any experience with similar application?
You can apply online for MN1. Combining with JNAP will depend on the council. You have to call council to find out.

Re: BC - Applied jointly with son, passport for son arrived nothing yet for me

Your son's application will obviously be more straightforward than yours especially if he is a young minor. They will probably carry out more checks and verifications on you w...

Re: UK Born Child registration as British

If you are applying online, you do not need to complete the paper version. All you need to do is send the supporting documents to HO after completing and sending the application form online.

Re: NARIC English Language assesment obtained before 6 April ‘16

Hi, I applied for my ILR in Dec 2015 and used NARIC ELA obtained in Nov’15. I believe NARIC introduced Red route (Visa and nationality service) in April 2016 and post this date everyone has to use Red route. Re: British Citizenship – Good Character Requirement FAQs

Hi there, I have had good guidance in this platform previously for my settlement (ILR) application. I would be appreciated if you could advise me now for my naturalisation application. I came to UK as a student in 1997. I then had extensions on my student visa at most times by the end of 2007-altho...

Some members have reported that GP's do not usually want to give references. You can always use a professional referee from the list of acceptable referees that knows your child.

Re: Naturalisation: Good Character Reqirements

From my understanding, your in time application and appeal were covered under section 3c. The 28 day rule was abolished in 2016 after your subsequent application was made in 2015, which was successfully approved. 28 day rule has now been reduced to 14 days. I think it will not be an issue in your ca...
