As my stamp4 was going to expired in 2019Oct so they send 4 months temporary stamp.. visa never revoke or anything, I believe it was pretty straight forward case. it takes week or 2 for acknowledgement.. about temp stamp there are two things.. First when you are submitting application mention in your cover-letter that your stamp is going to expire so issue you temp stamp... second when your stamp is going to expire send them letter and they will send you temp...
