@shirazsps : you should inform Section 3 that you have job offer, so give you temp status. thats the only option.. Else: you should leave the country and ask that big company to apply for work permit, as it is big company so I'm guessing they will be Trusted partner and you will get the decision in ...

Yes his occupation is in critical skill list, but he has received offer of 58K..

As per DBEI without degree on critical skill list you need 64K offer..

I am waiting for temp stamp, and my permission was going to expire on 6/may as per my GNIB card..

After seeing their 20th March announcement I was assuming my permission extend from 6/May to 6/July..

Question: Now 13/05 Announcement: should this be correct to say my permission extend to 6/Sep !!!

@obie i think Applicants case refusals are equivalent to punishments. I wonder if the minister treats non-rep applicants different than the one who hire lawyers to apply on their behalf.
