1. What's the emergency?
It’s personal family related.

2. Have their last visas already expired? If yes, when?
Yes, expired in June 2020.

Re: ILR granted but still waiting for dependant’s approval

Their application will only be considered and started processing after your ilr. So they are only at the beginning of the process. They didn't qualify for an extension if you didn't get ilr. 1-Is there any way I can contact HO and request to escalate it, due to emergency travel ? 2- If my dependant...

ILR granted but still waiting for dependant’s approval

Respectable members ,
I have been granted ilr on 14th Sep based on tier 1 but still waiting for my wife’s pbs extension. How can I contact HO regarding this. HO Usually sent both approvals together but this time HO only sent my decision. Please advise, I am really worried.
Many thanks

Hi All, as a silent reader I always appreciate the help and discussion from everyone, especially the moderators @CULLINAN and @CR001. As I just got ILR approval I think it would be helpful to post my time line here as I am one of the IDV-only applicants. Type: Set (O) Tier 2 with one dependant Date...

Someone who applied on 22nd May just got the invitation to use IDV app. Just read the post on another forum. Hopefully end of May and beginning of June are the next batch for IDV invitations. Can the members kindly update here, so the others can get an idea what’s going on with UKVI and UKVCAS.
