Re: 10 year visit visa

This combined with the fact that they have visited twice in the last 4 years (would have been more if it wasn't for covid) Keep in mind that you don't want their visits to be too frequent. Residing in the UK in the guise of "frequent or successive visits" counts against them for the purposes of a v...

Re: whats the best visa for my spouse? (Surinder singh confusion)

If she is just coming to visit as a tourist, getting a visitor visa will be far less cheaper and quicker compared to a spouse visa which is used if she plans to migrate to the UK.

Has anyone applied and successfully received a 10 year visit visa recently from Delhi/India? My parents have visited twice since 2017 , each with 6 months visit. We would rather they don't have to apply again and again every year so we are thinking of applying for a 10 year visit visa. What is requi...

Re: Spouse Visa extension

Really, hmm that's news to me. Not sure why as it is all clearly explained on the UKCVAS website and has been since November 2018! Aah fair enough, I missed it. Not done any visas since October 2018, so not been used to the new system. Cheers for the help. Hopefully get a positive result soon. Does...

Re: Spouse Visa extension

Hi my wife had her biometrics appointment (non priority) today.
They didn't keep her passport or BRP and after scanning returned both.
They also didn't give any letter or anything. Seems a bit surprising.

Is all this normal?

Re: Spouse Visa extension

My wife's employer has asked the address of Home Office to put in the letter as they won't issue it without this. What address is it does anyone know?

Also they said they will send a digitally signed pdf , not a hard copy. Is that okay?
