Presumably if one applies using super priority and gives biometrics on a Saturday, the earliest you can expect to hear is Monday?

Re: Seeking Advice on ILR Eligibility Amidst Marital Issues

Husband doesn't need to physically sign anything like the FLR(M). However, you would need his copies of his passport, marriage certificate and evidence that you've been living together in the last 2 years like joint letters or individual letters addressed to you guys. So if you have those, you real...

Re: SET(M) ILR Query

Hi, for set(m) ILR, I have just noticed they haven't asked any marriage certificates to be uploaded? we did submit them obviously as part of the original visa and extension I believe. Perhaps thats why they haven't asked for it again? would be great to know from recent personal experience if you upl...

Re: SET(M) ILR Query

hiya, on the day of appointment, if we have scanned everything in advance, the applicant just takes their passport/BRP and confirmation of appointment on the day?
Nothing else to print or anything else one needs to be mindful of?

Re: SET(M) ILR Query

Hiya,

In the application there is a question about how long you have lived in the UK. Spouse came in UK on 6th December, so we have input 4 years and 11 months at time of submitting application 28 days prior to the 6th. That shouldn't be an issue right as its not 5 full years?

Re: SET(M) ILR Query

There is no specific requirement. It should be good It did say requirement of 6 letters to be provided in the name of both or double if individual - spread evenly over 2.5 years which is what I have tried to do. So every 3 months or so from October'23 working backwards. just thought will run it pas...

Re: SET(M) ILR Query

All applicants need to submit this as part of the documents after submission, whether asked or not So if I hadn't been on this forum, I wouldn't have known about this form? Surely if required it should be mentioned in the application form or documents required. I just want to know if I am missing s...

Re: SET (M) Applying ILR earlier

How to apply early and benefit from the date of the ILR decision ? Wow thanks for this. This is very interesting as this would save the 20% increase. So say one is eligible from 9th November (5 years - 28days), they can submit application on 3rd October and do Biometrics after 9th November, that is...

Re: Entry Date Set (o)

This query is now asked multiple times and daily here. The answer to this question has NO relevance to your qualifying period for ILR. The date you enter has NO bearing on your application whatsoever. So whatever date you put in does not really matter so I guess different rules depending on what IL...
