i think OP means that still living in Ireland , then travel for few days to another country to divorce, than come back and continue life here, in this case why would not you be able to retain your rights. When did you apply your Eu 3 application And what documents you provide ? Did you provide anything with you ex partner details and documents? How long they took for approval Retention case? Dear Alixboy, Yes I did informed them that I have sent already letter and recent payslips after divorced. And I resent them letter again, as I have no contact anymore with ex spouse but for sure they can check her living address work contact detailed everything provided in application. Hope for best...
