Re: ILR SET(LR) Premium Service Appointment Slots Questions

Yes it is possible to reschedule an appointment. However, there are some conditions around rescheduling, especially if you reschedule nearer to the appointment date.

Re: Spouse PEO ILR witheld including my passport

Hi sid008, Did you submit photocopies of your passport with the application? Also, did you try asking the personnel who handed you the 'pending further checks' letter about how you can get your passport back asap? Apologies, I do not have answer to your question, but just trying to understand why th...

Re: Options when a PBS dependent makes a mistake and applies FLR

Starting this as a separate debate topic (not a question)'from a different post ( https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/eligibility-for-ilr-t236018.html ) This could be an interesting discussion. Happy to be pointed out that I am wrong :) Hi Experts, Can you please provide li...

Re: SET (LR) application with an IN14 Conviction

Rough reference: third party weblink removed by moderator Looks like you fall under the ILR non-custodial sentence' category, where one would need to wait for 24 months from the conviction date to apply for ILR. As your conviction date is 03/10/2014, I think you should be fine applying now. It would...

Is there a requirement to have lived together for the last 2 years?

Thanks,

Re: I need some advice please

FLR(M) might be an option for you. This will provide a 5-year route to ILR. However, the 5-year period will be calculated from the date your partner receives the FLR(M) status. Happy to be corrected.

This is quite common misinterpretation of the '28 days' rule. I am glad you got your required appointments, but there was no need to worry in the first place :)

Re: ILR after two lots of discretionary leave

I am happy for you that the second check came back with a positive result. However, I am perplexed as to how the enquiry made by your company HR reached HO before your ILR application, given that HO had received your application before then.

Anyway, best wishes for your application.

Re: Section 3C and Tier4 Student Visa

As you have graduated, your term time is over. The 20 hours restriction does not apply to you any more (until your visa expiry date that is).

Re: Spouse Visa: Email name does not match legal name

If you are married, why don't you just submit your marriage certificate or any other official marriage documentation with authorised English translation. I don't think you will not need anything else to prove your relationship is genuine. That is how I got dependent visa for my spouse.

This is very common occurrence among people on Tier 2 switching jobs. No need to panic. Good luck with the appointment tomorrow.

Yes, she will be eligible to apply between 20-25 Jan. One suggestion I would give is to book the appointment as early as possible to avoid the risk of losing out on appointment slots on those days. Appointment slots get booked very quickly, especially at Croydon PEO.

Thank you.
Yes, as Rajeev mentioned, it costs additional GBP 75 and the appointment is either on weekends or before 9 am on weekdays.
Rajeev, agree with you, probably just a bad day.
