I thought the same...but the addrees where he lives now will be different so i thought it may be a problem? He is not in uk anymore..

We are not divorced yet, it happened just recently that he left me. We will apply for divorse later "1.15 indicate your marrital/civil partnership status by ticking the appropriate box. You are for our purposes married even if you are now legally separated" - that is what confused me...and the boxes...

Good Morning all, Hope you can clarify my situation... I've got my permanent resident card of eu family member last december....not long ago my husband needed to go home and sort a few things over there and he decided he wants to stay there and start a new life without me, he found a girlfriend etc....

So even if it was given because you are a family member they can't revoke it? And it will be still valid even if you are not a family member any longer or don't live together? They ask these questions all the time when I cross the border. Have u ever told them that u are divorsed?

Have you got a permanent residence as a family member of eu citizen? If it is residence card for a family member then does it makes any difference? Do u still depend on a family member or not?

Hi. It's written to apply for registration certificate as a member of eu or Swiss national. You are from Russia so you will be considered as non eu and non eu can't get that certificate as they need to have a residence card or permanet residence (for now before Brexit) i have the same situation. You can apply for naturalization 1 yr after receiving your PR regardless of whether you are a Non EEA family member had settlement (‘indefinite leave to remain’)in the UK for the last 12 months if you’re from outside the European Economic Area (EEA)had permanent residence status for the last 12 mon...

So i see it's all unsettled at the moment...what would be the best solution for me to secure myself in UK please? Thank you very much for your help... As I said before, the surest solution is to apply for naturalisation in June 2018. However, matters may be clearer by then. Brexit before March 2019...

Thank you for your help a lot! At least i see now that the situation is not too bad...i went to a solicitor not long ago and he told me that if husband decides to divorce me I'll need to leave UK as soon as divorce is done and I can't stay no matter what because I'm not eu citizen.... Can I ask one ...
