A similar topic was discussed a couple of days ago. “Case against HO” which has now been locked by the moderators. Someone suggested about making a complaint. You can read the above mentioned topic for more details. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/case-against-homeoffi...

Re: 1st. Admin Review Refused Tier 1 Enterpreneur Extensions 2nd. Admin Review Help

As per the discussion here: If we can only go by 30hours/week Then every month has 4.3 weeks so on the payslip it must be 130hrs (30*4.3) through out for 12 months to qualify for 1560 (130*12) hours because 120hours a month will be only 1440 hours (120*12) If you go by my argument 30hours/week: Then...

Re: 1st. Admin Review Refused Tier 1 Enterpreneur Extensions 2nd. Admin Review Help

You need to show 1560 hours/ year each employee. 1) Some people find it easy to just claim 130 hours every month to meet the criteria. 2) “However if you go for 30 hours a week criteria. Then not all months have 4 weeks. Some have 5 weeks. So in that case some months come upto 120 hours (4 weeks mo...

1. I got letters from HO that your documents are missing, submit copies. My than solicitor failed to submit (BUSINESS ACCOUNT, EMPLOYEE DETAILS) although i submited to them. This was the only point for my refusal. AR refused as their (HO) stance was WE GAVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS A...

Re: Case against HomeOffice

I involved my MP after 7.5 months. The MP got a generic response that its taking long because the application is complex. The MP advised to contact again if they do not decide in another 6 months which was disappointing! Not always MP’s are helpful. I involved my MP just at 6 months timeline. Secre...

Re: Case against HomeOffice

Home office has the power to keep an application for as long as it takes to make a decision. You realistically cannot succeed with a legal action against HO (judicial review) unless they have done something unlawful. I suggest to file a complaint: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/home-of...

Its been 9 months for me!
I completely agree with you.

I involved my MP after 7.5 months and got the same generic response: HO told that my case is complex so its taking long.

5 weeks after MP involvement I had my interview. Not sure if MP involvement helped!

Any other option (Solution) except SORRY??? You still have not answered what zimba88 mentioned. We understand that is negligence on your solicitor’s part but what were the original refusal points as per your tier 1 extension. Only then experts can advise you regarding your JR success or any related...

Re: Case against HomeOffice

I can feel the pain as I can relate myself waiting for 9 months! I do not understand how do HO justify to linger on cases to this extent even if they are complex! (Normal procedure: 2 months) Firstly they send generic complex letters to almost all applicants to buy time and then the delay is just so...
