Re: British Passport- Newport

hmmm... now the next challenge seems to be the horrible service of TNT. I received an email from the Passport office that the passport is on the way on the 18th (for my wife LIVERPOOL) and 19th (for me NEWPORT.). The status on TNT initially showed delivery of 22nd (yesterday) then at 5 pm changed t...

You can re-apply as soon you withdraw previous application. Take a screen shot of the final page as a proof.

Re: Non declaration of Simple Caution- effect on ILR

I believe you will be okay. Disclosure of caution in 2019 would not have resulted in refusal anyways (as it is from 2015). HO is more strict with criminal records at ILR stage and Naturalisation stage. It is more of a deception had the caution been within 24 months and you tried to hide it for ILR t...

Re: Non declaration of Simple Caution- effect on ILR

https://www.gov.uk/caution-warning-penalty A caution is not a criminal conviction, but it could be used as evidence of bad character if you go to court for another crime. Cautions can show on standard and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. You must refuse an applicant who is apply...

Re: A question regarding online application Please

Why dont you google it?? The "Post Office Official" in question is a federal employee who is in charge of passports. You can find them at any of the major Post Offices (the government ones, not "postal express", etc.) However, you can use your referee working for RM. If HO is not happy with it, they...

Re: Proof Of living Last 5 years

Marriage done abroad as per that country’s law and registered in that country, is also recognised in UK. If your partner is not British, it has no impact on the AN application due to this question. Just mention the actual details as such.

Re: Depandant to apply ILR

If you applied ILR via the LR route, your dependent will have to switch to FLR(M) and meet the visa specific requirements. Dependent’s ILR clock for the 5 year route will reset to zero. Dependent can apply for ILR after 5 years on FLR(M). However, dependent can apply for ILR LR once he/she completes...

As long you meet the AN requirements yes you can apply. You are free to travel after application date. Note you have to submit biometrics also within 2...

Re: British Passport- Newport

Someone who applied on 31st Dec got his passport on 18th Jan from HMPO Liverpool. So Liverpool HMPO seems to be following the normal 2/3 weeks also. Glad to see. Seems like more applications going to Liverpool and more data will pour in for this location in due course.

Welcome. Since your biometrics appointment is far on 28th Feb, I would suggest to self-submit the documents. Self-submission is OPTIONAL. I am assuming you have attended the biometrics appointment already.
