Re: PBS Tier 2 dependent ILR route

As long you got your ILR via Tier 2 (not LR), your wife can apply for ILR as a PBS dependent once she completes 5 years minus 28 days from the initial visa issue date on SET(O). You applying for naturalisation is not relevant. Note: Once you are British AND she gets ILR, she can apply for British Ci...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I hope to get a decision (SET M) before that but looking at how slowly things are moving for SET M , what is the process for escalating after 6 month? Do I just call uk immigration or escala...

Citizenship ukcvas documents upload

@evalenti93

I would suggest:

Upload wife’s passport in proof of application.
LIUK in education.
Self assessment in employment.
ILR in proof of identity. No need to upload passport twice.

Re: English Language Test

I did it in April 2017 and applied for naturalisation in June 2020. I already had my ILR but delayed naturalisation because of a fresh offence. Reading your post again, its unclear if you used the same test for your ILR or not? If not, then you can not use it for British Citizenship as its 2 years ...

Re: English Language Test

If your qualification has run out Some recognised test qualifications only last for 2 years. You can still use a B1 level qualification that you took more than 2 years ago in 2 situations. Applying for citizenship You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if you’re applying for citizenshi...

Thanks
On/after date of application or before biometrics date.
