Re: Urgent Travel information

Only if you make to the UK border first. If you are denied boarding the flight because your ILR BRP is not valid at the Pakistan airport, then you will have problems. I am not sure if ILR BRP will flag up as invalid at the Pakistani airport though.

Re: No Insurance FPN No declaration for Settled status question

A PCN is a penalty for contravention of parking regulations. It can be paid, contested by appeal, or contested by defending a claim for payment under the small claims track of the county court. You won't get a criminal record or points on your licence.

Re: Band-C Speeding Offence - Pending Outcome

Thanks for the reply. I have read the Home Office guide on what constitutes good character. But there was another government document which had a bit more detail on the traffic offences and what they meant in regards to immigration applications. Someone had posted a link to it on a different questi...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Given the pattern, I think Section 6(1) applications mid-late June are processed now.... and applications on basis of BC spouse or EU route are processed quicker... I sure think its down to BREXIT. They may be prioritizing EU application due to the looming deadlines No, its always been the case eve...

Re: No Insurance FPN No declaration for Settled status question

Thanks for his reply. Should I declare it explaining the entire story? Out of curiosity will the HO be able to see this as a record on TEC or some other site? TBH I have lost track with your PCN’s and FPN’s! You must declare the FPN’s especially the ones endorsed on your license) or any criminal co...

Re: Band-C Speeding Offence - Pending Outcome

I have not received a FPN and due to the speeds achieved, I will get a court fine, so basically a non-custodial sentence. meaning automatic rejection for 3 years. That is what my understanding is. So then you have received a courts summons? In this case I am afraid, you will have a criminal convict...

Re: No Insurance FPN No declaration for Settled status question

PCN (Parking Charge Notice) does NOT lead to a criminal conviction. PCN can only lead to a civil debt if not settled. But as long you settled the PCN, your fine.

Note: FPN only can lead to a criminal conviction if challenged and upheld against you in court.

Will they let me enter. ?
As long as you can make your way to the UK border, you may risk a fine or confiscation of ILR BRP, but as long as you can produce your naturalisation certificate, they should let you in with some extra checks and delays at the UK border.

Re: Band-C Speeding Offence - Pending Outcome

I am assuming you have received a FPN? Just pay the fine and accept the points. As long as your matter is dealt with FPN alone, you will not have a criminal conviction. Just declare the FPN in your AN application as “other penalty” and you will be okay. Note: If the matter escalates to court and the...

UKVCAS have stated that docs can be uploaded in the following formats: PDF, JPEG and PNG. Although they've stated a preference for pdf.
OP is trying to upload on the UKVI address update.

Re: No Insurance FPN No declaration for Settled status question

Not every conviction is a recordable offence and does not form part of one’s criminal record. Due to this it did not affect your ILR application. However, declaring a conviction for British Citizenship is a must.
