Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@hw620 I just submitted my Tier 2 application on 2nd Oct and it is hard to get a free appointment on UKVCAS. May I ask if there is a requirement for how soon I should get an appointment date after my visa application? Thank you, Cullian. I will change to ILR page but may I ask where to see Futher ac...

Re: No Insurance FPN No declaration for Settled status question

Not every conviction is a recordable offence and does not form part of one’s criminal record. Due to this it did not affect your ILR application. However, declaring a conviction for British Citizenship is a must.

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Set (O), Tier 2 General Decision Letter Received: 2/9/2020 (positive) I still haven't received my BRP Card. Anyone else in that situation? After 10 working days I filled the Home Office form to flag non-reception of the card, but I haven't heard from them after 10 more working days (despite saying ...

@gag285 the consent form as the solicitor won't use the one I downloaded and signed before application submission (I know that's plain stupid on their part). It can be downloaded anytime as it’s available online but should be signed for on/after date of application or anytime before biometrics date.

Re: Naturalization Application for kid

2) If baby is born in UK. It does not matter if you apply ILR for your wife before registering your UK born child for BC.

But yes, if the child is not born in UK, child will apply for ILR when your wife applies for ILR first.

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

You can obviously delete or add documents during the appointment. You can not delete any self-submitted documents to UKVI. However, you can add more at the appointment yes. Yes sorry you can add and not delete via IDV but in-person they are able to delete if the scan is not clear ... I was thinking...

My wife's ILR is due next month and my baby is on PBS dependent visa which expires in Sep 2021. I wanted to apply Naturalisation for m...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Apologies in advance if this is a numptie question, is a case worker able to look at documents that we upload at the UKVCAS site even before the biometrics. Some posts suggest they are as they just wait for biometrics afterwards and arrive at a decision straight away in some cases but then what doe...

Also between your 5 year qualifying period counting backwards from 28/9/20, you should not be outside UK for more than 450 days and not outside UK for more than 90 days in the last 1 year.

Re: Application Fee

Yes but not only electoral roll letters will be enough. You need to prove cohabitation for the last 2 years. You need documents from 3/4 different sources evenly spread across last 2 years i.e. every 3/4 months.
