Re: Tier 1 general PBS dependant applying for ILR

If your last extension was granted in 2019, then you only have to list any absences after that period. You did not have any absence limit before that and no need to mention in the form either. The form will not ask anyways.

Re: Separating While Waiting for SET(M) Approval and Naturalisation

Dear Moderators and CULLINAN, I have been a silent reader, thank you so much for the support you are providing. I applied for Set(M) on 01/09/2020 being married to British Citizen and attended in-person appointment on 14/09/2020. We had so many problems during the 5 years of our marriage but did no...

Re: Checklist for BC

Thanks @cullinan Wondering if they refuse our application if we use same referees as adult for children's ? As I have seen on this form Gp or school refusing to sign the forms . In that case, you have to write a cover letter and explain with evidence (if possible) that you contacted GP/school etc. ...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Sadly I cannot get an appointment near me. I need to attend a CORE UKVCAS branch and there are none for at least a month and I've been checking daily. Does anyone know another way to contact UKVCAS other than their number of 0844 8920232 as it doesn't work and hasn't worked for about 5 days since I...

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

I am planning to submit my Naturalisation application (Tier 2 to ILR+1year). I will be eligible on 5th November 2020, but I have a travel plan at the end of November. I am unsure whether applying when I come back in February or 25 days (15 working days) is sufficient for biometric requirements. I h...

Can I change it now or just leave it like that?
You can always delete uploaded documents before self-submission or attending your biometrics appointment.

Re: Do I qualify for Naturalisation

Dear Cullinan/CR001 I have arranged the second referee. But I am facing difficulties in arranging the first referee who is engaged with the applicant in professional capacity. I contacted my GP surgery, receptionist said we charge for doing the non NHS work. So they charged me £50 (BAC). But after ...

Re: Clarification needed on few questions

Hello! How do people manage to scan all of their passport and still be within 6MB limit? I tried going grayscale, I tried going 150dpi (the minimum they ask for), and the lowest I got was 7.1MB. I'm concerned if it's too blurry if I go lower than 150dpi they recommend. If you can not contain the si...

Why does it seem you are asking almost the same question’s for the “family” which has exactly the same timeline and circumstance as yours?

Re: Child naturalisation

You must go for the appointment. They will take digital photo only of your child at the appointment.

Note: Children are registered as BC, not naturalised.

PS: You are posting in the ILR forum. Mods please transfer this in the BC forum.

The guidance tells to write referees name on the back of their photograph and then stick it on, disregard it i guess? Thank you. The form is not updated after the system shifted to online in Nov 2018. However, you should still fill the referee form as per guidance and keep hold of the originals. HO...

Re: MN1 form help

Thank you so much. I have completed the application form now. Although I have provided the details of the two adults references in the form, I have also been given 2 separate forms to be downloaded for the referees which have a space of the photograph. Once filled out, do these need to be physicall...
