On the UKVCAS website it mentions if you need a decision quickly contact UKVI. Just wondering what kind of reasons are justified for needing a quick decision?
Medical emergency or compassionate reasons with proof of evidence.

Re: ILR for Mom and Son together

Given you got your ILR via Tier 1 G route, your dependents will apply ILR on SET(O). 1) Yes. You can add family members in the same account online. 2) Apply online. Scan and upload documents via UKVCAS and attend biometrics appointment. 3) Apply online. For now only standard route. Super-priority is...

Re: Naturalization and BP

1) Apply online: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/nationality-an 2) You will have to scan and upload all your documents & attend a biometrics appointment at UKVCAS. https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/ 3) Once the AN is approved, you will have to attend a ceremony. After ceremony, you can apply...

The applicant is the child. “You” refers to the applicant i.e. the child.
Correct.

Re: MN1 form help

1) Can not answer, unless you post the actual question. 2) Given your flag, child will take your Pakistani nationality. 3) Write a cover letter and explain the same as stated above, arrange referees as per AN adult criteria. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/documents/1st_Referee_Declaration_...

Re: ILR form queries & proofs

1) Only A,C,E is needed. Question asks about “living” not travelling “outside” UK. 2) This is not a trick question. If you left India on Date A, you lived in India till Date A. If you reached UK on Date A, you started living in UK from Date A. 3) Date of entry and date of exit is what matters NOT da...

Re: Address different in UKVI and UKVCAS

I am in the same situation. I changed my address after I submitted my application and before I attended the biometrics appointment. I uploaded a cover letter together with the supporting documents into UKVCAS account mentioning my new address and I submitted everything when I had the biometrics app...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I've got my ILR BRP today (on 5th working day post approval). BRP expires on 31st Dec 2024 ! Yes its normal. The “card” expires not the immigration status. Also, the letter does not say that I'll have to return my previous BRP. You must return old BRP. Photo on the new BRP is neither from IDV submi...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@Hsrsham1211 As long as you have submitted your biometrics via IDV app, there is no need to chase up for your biometrics. Your application is complete already. UKVI/UKVCAS has recently cracked on dual submissions and started cancelling dual submission appointments so its no use to book now as it wil...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

"You went for an appointment, its normal what you saw on the IDV app. Not sure how you submitted via IDV app AGAIN!" I got IDV app invitation on 23 Sep, but booked an appointment on 23 Sep (for 1 October) and I could not do anything more with the link they had sent (I was trying to play it safe and...

Re: Help needed for British Naturalization and BC (ILR via Entrepreneur route)

The same reply applies: As long as your BRP states 16th April, you are in a better position. Sometimes one does not get approval letter so you can just consider BRP date. Had your BRP issue and approval date be same that of 30th March I think you had more problem. As Marcnath also said, HO should us...

Re: Need Help - Applying for Child's British Passport

Maybe the only one way forward is applying for a SAR to prove you had ILR on a date when your child was born. Try writing them and explain that HO asks to return the BRP after naturalisation and HMPO asks for the original which is a flawed policy. Send them a copy. Maybe contact MP then if it does n...
