Procase, if you are applying from turkey it will be an online application: the informaiton I gave you about form VAF1A is therefore not relevant.

If you apply online you select "Other" for the visa type and purpose, and then the option to exercise a right of access to a child.

Hope that helps :)

I believe you may apply for a visa as a person with a right of access to a child resident in the UK. The Immigration Rules that apply to this category state that for this visa you need formal documentation confirming contact with your child (such as a court order). However, the guidance that Entry C...

Guerro , have you taken any legal advice on the divorce process yet? I don't think members on this forum can advise you on the court process, especially if you and your ex aren't in agreement over the terms of the divorce. At the very least, do take the papers you have received down to your local C...

In her circumstances I cannot think of any category of the Immigration Rules she could switch into inside the UK. If she has evidence her husband has been working or self-employed for the last 5 years, while she was also in the UK and still married to him, then she should apply for PR using whatever...

1. No, as a non-visa national you do not require a visa in advance to come to the UK as a visitor. However, as a visitor you are given leave to enter when you arrive under the same rules as other visitors. THis is for 6 months. You have not overstayed. Even if you had, overstaying alone is not a rea...

I would suggest applying for PR (EEA3/4) but remember to include evidence of how your husband is exercising treaty rights now as self-sufficient (i.e. your income plus insurance), so that a Registration Certificate/Residence Card can be issued instead if they do not accept you have acquired PR.

The answer to your question is in the other threads: yes. Once you are issued documentation as a family member then you can rely on that status. The Regulation you need to refer to is Regulation 7(3) of the Immigration (European Economic Area) Reuglations 2006: 7.—(3) Subject to paragraph (4), a per...

If you can exercise treaty rights by working (including self-employment) in another EEA member state first, then you may benefit from free movement laws when ...

Refer to the the advice you got from the register office in your sponsorship letter. The Case Worker should know the position anyway (i.e. that you cannot give notice ot marry until you are both in the country). Also state in your sponsorship letter how and when you met; when you decided to get marr...

Posters here are of course giving their opinions, but in many cases those opinions are based on a knowledge of the law, and of many case histories. ...

The Regulations require that you were living in the UK "in accordance with the Regulations" at the time the divorce became final. In effect this means producing evidence that the EEA spouse was working in the UK at that time. If you apply and are refused, then you can appeal. If your ex-spouse refus...
