Macgrath it’s been 35 days since I applied for AR and I have not heard anything from them

My Ar still not received its 31 days and my wife s employee did ecs last week and it came positive for 6 month does this mean anything

What do you recommend should I wait for AR result as its 29 days already or going for JR will have any impact

Macgrath Zumba I have applied AR on 24/5 and I finished 28 calander days yesterday and I have not heard anything from them .

My question is After AR refusal my 3c will end and if I decide to only apply JR and not to apply fresh application in country can I do that or I have to apply JR and fresh application together reasone I am thinking is I have confidence to win in JR we have done nothing wrong and they gave genuinenes...

So that means I can’t apply only JR but I thought I will be overstayer anyway after AR refusal

Thanx macgrath looking at my refusal point do you think it’s worth applying again as they refused on silly interview based points not on documents or it’s good to just go for JR as I am pretty confident on my points

Incase my AR refuses I am planning to apply JR and Fresh Application together within 14 days but my question is do I need to send all the documents again which they already have or just add up since I applied

We have justified all the points in genuine way we have not reverse all this money but we actually bought stock from them as we also do buying and selling business which we showed in initial application they refused and lately we clear our business model in court and home office permitted and about ...

Macgrath we are waiting for AR and my wife’s passport expired and if AR refuses and we decide to leave country what will happen and if we apply fresh application should I renew passport

We have applied for AR but in case AR refuses and my partner apply for ilr on 10 years can I go to JR alone

I think once my AR refuses I will be treated overstayer even if I apply fresh application within 14 days so if my fresh application is pending till Dec and if I satisfied job requirement can I vary to ilr please zimba macgrath is there any way we can confirm this for sure
