Re: New employer offer canceled after BRP issued - before notice

Strange situation to be in, why was your offer of employment cancelled? As the previous answer sets out you are unable to work for your current sponsor as of 31/03. You could work for your current Sponsor for 20 hours per week technically. The most sensible thing to do is to get your current Sponso...

Re: Tier 2 second employment

My understanding is that the hours you work for your own hospital as a bank nurse count as overtime, rather than second employment, but I could be wrong. What does your payslip say? Hello. Thanks for replying. The tax code on my bank payslip is the same on my permanent post. Does this mean this is ...

Hi, I have found a new sponsor and they have finished the RLMT and issued a CoS. They have now advised me that they expect me to do the visa application myself rather than them doing it. Apologies I made it absolutely no sense here. Actually, my question is can I be self-employed for 20 hours so that I can open an Ltd company and be a PAYE through that.
Tier 2 does not allow self-employment, full stop.

You can't apply for an extension until 5 September 2019 (within 3 months of your expiring date), so there is no point to issue you a CoS now. When you apply for extension you will get an extension until 6 November 2020 Hi, thank you for the guidance! Is there any link you can provide (e.g. Immigrat...
