I thought so too. But there is nothing wrong in including it. If they don't need it, they will set it aside.
Like mine, I included a coloured copy and black and white copy of my PSW visa. They returned the 2 back to me. It's better safe than sorry IMO.

Just put a photocopy of your Tier2ICT BRP or Visa page.
I included a copy of my Tier PSW because I moved from that to Tier 2 and they just returned it to me after the application is considered.
