I would appreciate an answer to this:

Can my wife come along with me to my Appointment, which is booked for me only, and we can both apply at the same slot?

Thanks innocentdevil.

I agree with your reasoning here but I was wondering from an application point of view... Would that be something the caseworker expects? as per the guidelines they have?

Is it correct to include ALL pretax pay? am just not sure?

Many thanks,

Previous Earnings ILR - Annual Bonus? Green Scheme Payments

Hi All - am on Tier 1 applying for ILR next week by PO at croydon. Should I include my Annual bonus amount (in JUne Salary) when calculating sum for previous earnings? It doesnt make some difference to the points I get from previous earnings (takes me to next band) but I dont need it as I have got e...

Many Congrats AB1

Point well made. UKBA CWs might not have all the info, and from recent posts I see here can give misleading info...

We should all go well prepared with all Info that CWs SHould KNOW and argue if we get rubbish, "if its not on the shelf, then we dont stock it" kind of answers!

Alle, I share your understanding that your wife was correct in applying using FLR(M)... Untill some one with a recent experience replies to this thread, then am as confused as you are. I will be applying for ILR in two weeks and my wife for FLR(M) in 3 weeks under the same circumstances as you... if...

First Point: You would have normally transfered your condition of leave into your new valid passport. which it seems you did not do... DO that if you are able to.

Second: Name wise on the application form you have a field where u enter your name and any previous known names...

Hope this helps.

Employer will not issue "required for the foreseable fu

Hi,

my employer will not issue me with an employment letter stating that "my employment is required for the foreseable future"

am on TIER 1 and applying for ILR... Is this going to be a problem?

is it an actual requirement for TIER 1 for ILR? or is it just a nice to have?

Please help thanks!
