I telephoned the Tribunal yesterday and was told HO has 15 weeks to review it and come back to the Tribunal with the bundle.

Thanks but I think you can still chase HO for the costs post appeal.

Got IHS refunded. Not sure whether this is a good sign or not. Still waiting for a review's outcome.
