everyone in a salary range of 50000 54,999 is 50 points and everyone with 55k + salary till 60 k is 55 points . We can’t say 41-45 might seem like a small difference In terms of points but bear in mind there are about 1000 people between 41 and 45 points .. so let’s see what happens

Cut off could never be any lower than 45 since huge backlog at 45 (600+ people) has to be cleared first. Only then in following months can below 45 get through. So 45 is the least we can hope for. And 55 has already seen approvals so definitely not higher than 55. So it is between 45 and 55 points....

I think everyone needs to take a step back and relax . if you look at the December 2017 allocation in the excel worksheet on page 5 , some people were granted a RCOS even at 21 -22 points ,which was given out due to exceptional circumstances, but the cut off for this month was 56. it just means it was granted under exceptional circumstances for some reason, does not mean cut off is 55. The good thing here is it is only the start of the 3rd day and already 55 points are being cleared, which is quite a positive sign
