Re: PCN -Court Notice

Yes enforcement agent do visit without notices(again from my own experince) I filed a complaint that i have not received any notice prior and they had apologized and refunded my enforcement fee. but...

Re: PCN -Court Notice

If you pay the fine to the enforcement agents, you should not be worried at all.(telling from my own experience which is very similar to yours, not just one 2 after I have submitted my application !!) This condition holds true as long as you meet all other requirements for BC and that you don't have...

Re: Potential Document Loss, Help!

I think you should try calling Home Office and explain your situation. Get a written record from Post Office giving an explanation of the 'potential problem' with delivery.

Re: Closing down a company in progress, same time as naturalisation application.

I think you don't need to wait if everything is a proper process in your case of closing down the company.
You would just declare it in the 'More Info' section on page 22 and provide any related docs if you wish to. Try to state all known facts related to your application .

Re: British Citizenship- Late filling penalty self assessment

I would say not to worry about PCNs as they were all paid and cleared off.(I had also went till bailiffs but due to missing letters ). It is better your declare everything in your application or if not done write a covering letter and send all details which you have missed. Also regd late payment, ...

Re: Online apps taking preference?

Well, that may be true. But for those who applied on or after Feb 2018 via NCS also, the processing times looks like avg 5 weeks from what I read and experiencing myself too.

Please have a look at the timelines thread and make a decision accordingly that suits your priorities. Good luck!

Re: British Citizenship Queries

I would say declare every piece of information honestly which was what I did. PCNs unless we fail to pay and taken to court wont have any negative effect on the application according to my experience. I have had 2 PCNs in the last one year which I missed to pay and received enforcement fees after se...
