If you are applying on 5 year stay route you dont need to worry about this details.

If you are applying as a spouse of BC under 3 year route, you need these details.

Otherwise you can leave those details altogether

not required if you are applying on 5 year route
Required if you are applying on 3 years BC spouse route

If anyone is facing the same issue, just an update that my local council NCS has accepted my photocopy and the application hs been submitted successfully.

Lost Original NARIC certificate, NCS appointment

Hi,
I have NCS appointment tomorrow for AN check and realised I have lost my original NARIC certificate that I have got mu ILR through. However I have a scanned copy of the same, Would it be acceptable by the NCS or for the application itself? Thanks in advance
