It could be anything from proof of address,p60, passport photo, certified birth cert etc. If they need an additional information after you submit your application they will let you know. It varies from person to person.

in 2017 it was 6850 2018 so far 3500 I thing there will be one small ceremony in a different country in summer and one between aug and December large one. After reading through that article, it is fair to say that the applicant shouldn’t have been refused in the first place considering she had been a lawful resident in Ireland for over 45 years.

I’m unsure if coming to Ireland is visa free for Kenyan Nationals. However, most airlines may not allow you to board without a valid re-entry visa and GNIB card. Based on my personal experience they always ask to see your reentry visa to Ireland. I will recommend you contact the local Irish embassy ...
