Hi I did not know there is priority service in TIER 1 entrepreneur extension ? I applied online in December 2018 but my solicitor told me there is no priority service available in this category ? How can I switch my application from standard to priority service ? Thanks

My 5 years also completed in February 2019 for 5 years ILR but still I’m waiting for extension approval I think it’s better to vary extension application to ILR ( 5 years ) route at least you will get Right of appeal chance in case if they refuse you ILR application . I applied in feb 2017 ans still waiting ihs refund on 17 march 2018. If your 10 years completing in august 2018. Its better you keep quite dont contact your local Mp ans dont chase home office . I asume you will be eligible for 10 years (ILR) before your decision like others.

You need to ask any friends that how much they paying to thier accountant, you paying heavily fees I think 4 time extra. Change your accountant ASAP and get another one where do you live in Uk ?

Interview September 2017. Sorry

We have received ihs on 16 March 2018. Interview in September 2027.But still waiting for the outcome I think ihs partial refund not surety of any positive decision.
